Director

Louise Tillotson is a graduate in Anthropology, and in Law, and holds a Masters in Human Rights.  She is currently the Caribbean Researcher for Amnesty International. For 7 years, Louise worked with civil society groups across the Caribbean developing human rights-based advocacy and program interventions to respond to HIV&AIDS in socially marginalized groups.  Before that Louise was a caseworker for a British Member of Parliament, spent time in rural Tanzania mobilizing young people around HIV prevention, and volunteered extensively at Liberty, the UK´s National Council for Civil Liberties, and a community law center in London where she worked with asylum-seekers
